Thank you for shopping with S.B.K. Art & Design. We are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below.

Domestic Shipping – Netherlands
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

CURRENTLY ALL FRAMED PRODUCTS ARE FRAMED ON-DEMAND, THIS MEANS THAT IT WILL TAKE UP TO 1-2 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED. WE ARE CURRENTLY RESOLVING THIS, AS IT MIGHT BE PERCEIVED AS AN INCONVENIENT.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Shipping within the Netherlands is handled by reliable local carriers. All shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

EU/EER Shipping
We offer shipping to most countries within the European Union and European Economic Area, this includes the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. All orders are dispatched from the Netherlands.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside the Netherlands may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes as determined by your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in your purchase price and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Tracking & Notifications
You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to become active.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact your local carrier first and then email us at artbysigert@icloud.com . We’ll do our best to assist you, but we are not liable for delays or damage caused during transit.
