Spread your wings and cross oceans

life From a Birds-eye-view
Sometimes life leaves you feeling heavy, something changed, without you realizing. All of a sudden you find yourself with weighed down shoulders. Oppressed by opaque thoughts. You're moving in no particular direction and the goals that you once had, the ones that seemed so true and steady as time itself, have now become pale and unclear memories. You might look down on yourself, this state of being seems never ending. It drains your spirit and curiosity.
For whatever reason though, you get a moment. A moment in between the loss of self you endure and the inaction that that incites. A single moment, an instant, where for a second you can ignore your burdens - here and now they're released. In this moment you get the chance to take a step back and let go of your inhibitions and everything that's kept you where you were.
It's a break, a shot.
This newly found sensation of liberty, a feeling similar to staring at the ocean, similar to looking out on the horizon with a slightly cold breeze dancing through your hair and you spot a bird flying towards the sun. And you wonder what it is like to be a free bird.
On that day and in that moment, you start over.
You become this free bird.
And spread your wings, to fly,
the way you used to do.
Remind yourself to fly.
There is much a birds-eye-perspective can solve.
